Restaurant bewertenThis place is so terrible. my friend ordered to eat at 19:30 a.m., and at 9:15 a.m., four shippers had canceled because it was not ready yet. you just have to tear and drill into a bowl. never eat here. there are still too many chipotles with terrible service. end them each in a time
I live near this chain and every time I go, they're always out of something. the people will take off / mobile order so prestige steal. the place is dirty and disappointing and the staff is even worse. the workers do not care and the eating shows, their tasteless and evil. they save their money and don't go!
This is the only place where I am regularly being sworn by the employees, somehow wild considering that any other food business in the opposite does not. the mazzoni center william way center are just a few blocks away in both directions it is on the 12th walnut with a proud flag cross literally outside its facility. V.I.P has better quesadillas burritos. they are also cheaper and only one block.
I love chipotle. this is badly held. always out of the things. not clean. give small portions. this place needs an improved management.
Each time I order from this location, I tell myself that I won 't return, but when I 'm looking for a quick dinner on my way home, I give it another chance only to be disappointed again. I do have sympathy for the employees because there is never enough staff to keep up with this high volume store. What 's consistent is that there are never ingredients available (or they don 't want to prep ingredients an hour before close) when you get home, you 're always surprised with an incorrect order or always missing ingredients. Tonight, they had the audacity to charge me for a bowl that was halfway filled with cold chicken, dry brown rice (I ordered white rice), missing lettuce, I paid extra for Guac that was missing too. Usually their version of Guac is literally half of a cold avocado thrown into the bowl. This was a mobile order, so I should have checked it while in the store, knowing it 's never accurate. It 's going to be a NOpotle for me for now on...
