Restaurant bewertenBeautiful, bright, and adorable coffee shop with fantastic service! If you are ever in the area or thinking about going here, go! They have a variety of cafe items to choose from that are all delicious, and they use environmentally friendly drinkware! The atmosphere is very friendly and there is plenty of seating. They even have some breakfast items. I got the banana toast, it tasted great but was very sticky.
Update: I want to thank the customer service for contacting me immediately and for rewarding me with $10. Also, Thank you First time to come to this branch. It is 2pm around closing time. The lady who supposed to barge my order she just left it at the counter without calling my name! When I inquired about my order she said here!! Then she handed a bag for me to bag it myself. This is a takeout order was not bagged, I had to ask for a bag!! She was not friendly nor welcoming at all. The gentleman who made the coffee made a very good coffee for me yet did not smile! This not pleasant experience made me ask if BluestoneLane is paying attention to their employees wellbeing?
I am the chair of an organization, and we held our social here for our national convention! The atmosphere was perfect, the food and drinks were amazing, and the staff was super nice and helpful. I even grabbed a bag of whole bean to take home after the event. Our event was a success due thanks to this location. Thank you and I highly recommend for events and just to grab a cup of coffee and relax in the morning!
The coffee and food were pretty tasty, albeit expensive, but as a cafe it wasn't great. Wifi is horribly slow to the point where a Google search takes 20 seconds to load, which makes productivity impossible. There are next to no outlets for charging devices, and some of the ones there are don't work, which makes working there for any period of time impractical. Very pretty and clean location that's nice to be in, but intensely frustrating to try to work at. If you're looking for a cafe to grind some work out at, go elsewhere.
I work in the building next to the café. I sometimes stop here for coffee, recently, including today I purchased a sandwich. The first time (8/30/22) I ordered food, my name was called, and I picked up what was given to me in a bag. When I went back to my office, I saw that I received the wrong order. No biggie I should of looked in the bag. However the bag had MY NAME and MY ORDER on the receipt, which was on the bag. Today, I came down to the coffee shop and placed an order at the kiosk, and waited maybe five minutes for my order to be completed. Again, when my name was called, I walked to the counter and was handed what I thought was my order (bacon, egg and cheese croissant w/o spicy mayo). When I returned to my office, ready to eat, I opened my bag and saw that I in fact did NOT have a bacon, egg and cheese croissant w/o spicy mayo, but a breakfast burrito. At this point, I'm mad b/c I'm assuming this is being done intentionally. I went back to the coffee shop to request a refund. The young man I spoke with looked at me like I had 5 heads when I approached him at the counter. I realized then that my tone was a bit excessive, so I calmed down, and explained the situation again. He proceeded to call someone on the phone, I'm assuming him manager. He asked me to provide my email address, which I did and told me that I would be receiving a refund. He did not apologize. I won't be returning for food, or coffee.
