Burger King - Phelan

I have never been a fan of Burger King, but this morning, I had to stop there for fries after McDonald's told me they don't serve fries at 10:40a on weekends. When I arrived at BK I noticed they also had the breakfast menu up still, and when I asked if they had fries, the lady said they did not currently, but they could make some fresh for me. After being at the ER with my 3 year old all night, the fact that this wonderful lady was happy to make us fries turned my whole day around! I did not catch her name, but she was very courteous and even apologetic for the wait when it was my request that made me wait. I will definitely be going back to this BK based solely on the experience this lady provided me. As for the food, I have no complaints! I received what I ordered and how I ordered it, and it tasted great!

Worse experience ever with the cook. The one with grey hair and tattoos. She purposely puts different ingredients when ask for ketchup only . This is the second time she does it. I mean putting jalapeños on my kids hamburgers. Then when I went in to speak to the manager and complain she just stood there laughing as her manager had her back to her . A person like should be fired!! I will never go there again.

Stale buns, rude customer service, apparently never has sauces either

I was told they don’t take new orders after 9pm grill is turned off for cleaning but closing hours says 10pm.

They did not give us our soda in the drive-through. We came back for it, and they refused to give it to us. And once they did, it was watery. I asked for a soda from the drive-through and was told no. They argued and fought with me. Horrible service, food was disgusting, and management was even worse
