Mr Gatti's Pizza - Pflugerville

Shay is such a gem at Mr. Gatti's! Every time I swing by near closing, she's there with her warm smile, making me feel truly special. She's a true standout, always friendly and welcoming. I can't help but admire her leadership skills; she's a real asset to the team!

They use door dash, the guy didn't speak English. We had updated our address in the app but it didn't take so we called the store to have them correct it. They told the guy, then he called and my mom spoke to him in Spanish and still we called him asking where he was and he said he could not deliver to another address that's not on order! This is ridiculous and the last time we are ordering from Gattis! We literally live up the block. How can yall mess this up?! We only ordered delivery because of the rain.I called to cancel and they put me on hold for 5 mins, I hung up called back and was put on hold for 10 mins while doing so I called from my Mom's phone and the lady answered right away which is sorry. All I wanted to was cancel because of the deliver guy's mess up. We never got our food. Then asked the woman if she could do anything to make this right and all she said was refund us, no offer for a free one or discount nothing. I'll be reaching out to corporate.

The service and food was great except the manager was yelling at an employee. The manager should talk to the employee behind a door instead of the kitchen in front of customers that's

Very disappointed. I love this place order medium thin crust pepperoni and Hamburger. I got one pepperoni on each slice of pizza and more Hamburger. ?

Another great visit! Devin in the drive thru was super quick, friendly, and reminded me I had a coupon on file to use. Cute guy too. Thanks Devin, you ROCK! Thanks to the mgr for making it right today from a prior issue with a door dash delivery. She was very friendly and helpful. Todays pizza was the best I've ever had hear. They did it perfect! Thank you guys!!????
