Restaurant bewertenThis place has been open for several years and I wonder why it took us so long to try it! The service was great, the servers welcomed us quickly and checked us a few times to make sure everything tastes good or if we needed something. The egg rolls were very good and not greasy. We tried the charred pork roast sliders and they had fresh vegetables, tasteful pork in a steamed bungalow. The Pho had a rich broth and a good amount of herbs without being overwhelming.
If you love pho and love beef ribs, fall what you do now and go try their Pho Beef Rib it is an absolute must try! The ribs and the Pho were such a pleasant pairing that I never thought I would ever try. The service was great and the broth was tasteful. You do not exaggerate the spices or broth, so you can taste the meat and enjoy the dish. I will highly recommend the beignet frits as dessert, the beignets can be eaten in this way. All this to say, I'm happy to have discovered this place and it could be one of the top Phos in North Austin to try. I will recommend
This is a great place for Vietnamese foods, it was already good before the Kovid and it seems better with a splashed menu and some cow menu options. The Pho is great, and you can add a huge grilled beef so good. I did the Hu Tieu Mi this time, pork broth soup, was not great today on the salty and sweet side, but the melt in your mouth made pork slices and crispy pork bits for me, and a little Saracha. The star tonight was the Wagyu Bo (Beef) Luc Lac, it is Wagu beef on a dazzling plate, side of citrus salad, some rice with an egg above, and one side of the pork broth, it was pricy but Bro, it was soooo Goodness You have to try this dish, everything has combed well and IMO it beats most Texas BBQ I had. Try it for a reason.
Came in and during work there is quick service here so sitting was no problem. However, food is easy One of the best if not the best Vermicelli bowl I ever had! And if you get the steamed rolls, after the first bite you will eat them so fast and forget to make a picture! Recommend this restaurant when you enjoy Vietnamese food!
Not normally a fan of dark broth but theirs is the best around. Fresh basil and the cilantro in the broth is great. Would be nice is they had cilantro on the side too. Both appears to be made right. No short cuts.
