The restaurant offers typical local products prepared with love by family staff. the kindness and availability of all the staff is excellent, the place, especially in summer and half season periods are heavenly and the sila calming is pleasant and healthy. prices are right. Can that be enough?

Driving north from Sersale into La Sila we saw a sign ristorante off to the left and followed the forest road to find this delightful location. It was early October and the place looked deserted but we decided to look around, when Francesca appeared and with little English made it clear that she was happy to open up for just the two of us. We had a very tasty mushroom risotto, and coffee for a very good price and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. When you leave you can continue along the forest road to Zagarise and then back to Sersale making a very pleasant round trip with a great lunch venue in the middle. I would imagine that in the summer and at weekends it becomes very busy with locals but if ever back in the area we would certainly revisit.
