Enorme Italian - Petaling Jaya

Good pizza n the pistachio crusted lamb was very good. Portabello mushroom was also nice. The risotto would be better with more cheese.

Quite a disappointed visit! It was so good back then but this round the food quality were dropped downhill! Ordered set lunch with carbonara lemon tea, soup and desserts. Ala carte pizza and mushroom soup. Pizza taste normal, carbonara is good but not like how it taste last time! Mushroom soup is bad it’s completely water and mushroom! Set lunch come with a pumpkin soup which taste better then what we additionally ordered soup ! Lastly the worst part is ! Straw given are like used straw which we saw a bites marks!

On this place looking for good pastas on google. and oh young it was very good. so tasteful, but not exaggerated. so good! I'll be back to try out the pizzas. they also have lunchsets. if they work near, please give them their support. it is very regrettable to see the place so empty today. I really hope they can keep the business up. it will be a shame to see another very good restaurant.

Last week I brought my guests to this restaurant. When we arrived there, this Italian dining restaurant looked mildly disintegrated. there was no mistake of the restaurant that I guess when pj centerstage looked badly well maintained (the parking was underlit and quite dark.) in the restaurant there was no air conditioning and that said so much about the administration of the building. No matter, it is eating that counts. 1. master a fave of me and it tasted like I like it. and my guests were agreed. 2. mushroom and tomaten bruschetta I couldn't taste it, but my guests were completely satisfied with it. 3. fried calamari rings the rings were quite bland, but fortunately two different types of sauces came with. So these rings were saved by the sauces. 4. seafood risotto two of my guests ordered this court and immediately emptied their teller. that was a sign that it was good. 5. pasta carbonara it was another application of my gastes and he did not complain at all. another court that was finished right away. 6. truffle lasagna read my first raving about her choice and yes, another timely finished dish. it looked so appetizing. I think it was on point both visual and taste. 7. Baked jump chicken as for my order, it took some time to come (pre-informed) and wait was worth it. the flesh was totally tender and juicy. you can say that I was satisfied with my choice in this night. there are 5 stars for a night with good food and good business.

Hands up, how many of you have passed by centerstage but never knew what was inside? Wait do you even know where centerstage is? On the table today is Calamari Fritti (RM26.90), Tagliatelle Al Prosciutto (RM42.63) and 11 La Pizza Swirl (RM48.25). I thought I ordered too much but visually they look like small plates. Let's start with the calamari, as an Italian restaurant, you cannot afford to screw this dish up. The dish is nice, batter good and both the dips nice. Next is the tagliatelle, if you have not tried parma ham then once in your life you should. This dish, I'm on the fence because the base tasted like cream of chicken. The parma ham is cured and salty; so there is really no need for the base broth. In the end, when you dig in , you will get pockets of saltiness. Lastly, the pizza swirl looks small but it will pack a punch. The mozzarella cheese is chewy which I like but there is something that lets this down. The thing with dough is that you never know it's is thoroughly cooked when it's curled up. So the outer sides are crispy and the insides are crispy but the middle feels uncooked so there is feeling of biting into thick flaky dough. Not cool. Otherwise this was a novel way of eating pizza. Overall the environment is not welcoming, that's because it's located in a mall that is not doing well. It feels run down and I think it has affected the overall morale of the servers and also chefs. Imagine working at a place where left, right and center is all up for rent and sale.
