Hoeckele Bakery Deli - Perryville

This was our first time here and it exceeded our expectations!!! Everything is made from scratch. They serve breakfast until 10:00 a.m. and then start their lunch menu. We ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and the sausage egg and cheese croissant. The biscuit was the absolute softest and fluffiest I've ever had! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They offer specialty coffee choices and have flavored creamers. This is our new favorite breakfast place. Can't wait to try them for lunch.

I bought four danishes this morning, and the friendly young lady handed them to me in a paper bag, which really isn’t suitable for danishes with gooey fillings. What has happened to this bakery in the last few years?????

Delicious food at excellent prices! This family-owned restaurant has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. I absolutely loved it!

I bought a caramel sweet roll and a cherry sweet roll, and both were excellent! I can't wait to dine in and try more items. There were so many tempting options that I wanted to sample everything—everything looks delicious!

Obviously this place is a local institution, and they were not in perryville if they were not there. their donuts are not as spectacular as their service. but they make a really good job to create an authentic smaller city experience. they also have a pretty cool chatter. donuts: 3.5 stars of 5.
