Party of four here for lunch. Immediately missed and our server Ilysa was quickly over and got drinks and appetizer; our food orders were then taken. Server was enthusiastic and did a great job. We all enjoyed our lunch! Good work Red Lobster!

That was the best experience we had in every restaurant we ate. From the time when we were sitting. We had our drinks right away. The manager took care of us until our server could come to us. Food orders were taken and hot and tasty brought out. Your personality was the best. Red Lobster is lucky to have this group of workers. They are a model of what excellent customer service should be.
