Restaurant bewertenWent to red lobster for endless shrimp. Was around 1pm. No wait to get a table. Ordered and it took forever to get food. As always my food was delicious but the wait time was ridiculously long. For the 2nd order for shrimp the wait was just as long orlonger. Waitress was great though. Would have left 4 stars but I love their food and just couldn't.
Been twice so far and the lack of service was astounding. The first time they messed up on the order, however hoping for a different result on our second visit they managed to perform worse making the first poor experience look favorable. Weliterally sat there for an hour after being seated with no drinks or service. When we got up to leave is when the waitressfinally arrived. The manager was scrambling with the kitchen staff and you could tell their was some form of confusion going onin the kitchen, so much so that the manager came to us to offer a 20 dollar discount which they immediately placed on the billas he needed the cards to give to others. I got sorry for him as he attempted to work with the highly unskilled and arrogantstaff. The waitresses were literally standing at the kitchen door complaining openly and not attending their guests, thekitchen staff was arrogant and non attentive. If I owned the restaurant I would make serious changes in personnel. The managerappeared to be the only one truly working and the only one that cared from the host to the kitchen staff. The food wasundercooked and appetizers still frozen in the middle. Worst dining experience in years. I normally don’t find this manyfaults in restaurants, however you would be better served at a McDonalds. Avoid Perry’s Red Lobster however Macon’s areexceptional.
Stopped by yesterday afternoon for take out. Waited well over an hour for our food. There seemed to be no urgency or care on the part of the serving crew. Once home, it appeared my steak and lobster had been sitting for a while before it was bagged. Lobsterwas dry and tough and the steak looked like cardboard. Didn’t even look edible. I had to throw the entire meal out. Oh, for myfrustration, I was given extra biscuits. Wonderful. Will never return
We stopped at Red Lobster for dinner and had such a great experience! Our hostess and waitress were so sweet and friendly! It was definitely the best experience we have ever had at a Red Lobster. The food was good, we had no complaints, but we would 100%come back for the phenomenal service we had!
Food was not cooked to my husband's and friends' specifications, and it upset my stomach. I would rather have had something other than the flounder stuffed with lobster because it was spicy but we were very happy with our server, she was great!Unfortunately, we'll have to go somewhere else for a special treat next time.
