Restaurant bewertenTo order the door was free and had no sign. the manager told me that the dining room was closed. I have landed back in my car and through the car drive thru. could most understand that the girl takes my order. after they realized that they had my order wrong. they forgot the things and loaded me. this is my fifth and last attempt at mcdonald’s, I am finished
The workers do not even take their order anymore! they must be in agreement to make their order on a kiosk. that takes forever because it does not work very well. then it tells them to choose a number or to scan a number, but they do not tell them where this number is, after all it will spit out an input on them and say, hey take that into the register and stand in this line for awhile that makes absolutely no sense! Why did we stand in the first line if we passed our money or our card to the hired and would talk to them face-to-face anyway? Is that someone else strange? other than eating is always really good and they have one of these playpens for children, but they are renovating it now so it is not open.
If I couldn't give a star, I would. I understand that we live in a time when we are little personal, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. one of the men who gets paid to work just stood on his phone, while the other who tried her girl to serve a whole series of cars. we ordered our food, waited about 15 minutes to tell us that they don't take a card, just cash. fortunately we had something to hand or she didn't plan to give us that for her mistake. also our coffee was just cold, not even warm in the smallest. we saw how she poured us coffee, which was not even done in the last few hours, it seemed, and then it was at the end to lift it off from the posture, unrealistic. for the customer service that we have received, should not be given an employment on our way.
Wednesday, 27 april 2022 at 21 o'clock. Does anyone in this hole know the difference between a big mac and a 1/4 pounder? all employees of this special layer are 100% worthless. I would love the chef to reach and take care of this situation. I am allergic to to tomato and they invite it, can they guess? tomato. we checked the order, told them it was wrong, and they brought out the same wrong order. all forest gump coworkers 0 stars
It's really funny how I used a coupon and didn't get my full change Using the $3 off any $15 order or more. I didn't notice it until the 2nd window and Both people I spoke with told me there was nothing that they could do for me right there I would have to come inside... why should I have to come inside waste my time and wait in another lthe another line when they could easily leave fix the mistake and let me move on.
