Gyros Palace - Peoria

This restaurant is about 10 mi away from my house and I will happily drive there any day of the week! I love how the restaurant owners and staff their conduct themselves and make the customers feel welcome! Very friendly very attentive to how you want your order customize. This is very important to me as I am a foodie and very particular about my food. I've never had a complaint my food is always hot and fresh and absolutely delicious and when I tell you delicious I mean it with a capital D! My favorite is the pastrami Burger try it on the rye bread just a little hint , the Chicago dog , and the Gyro extra awesome love them all with the perfectly golden crinkle cut

The last time I checked Gyros Palace, you suggested I try the hot dogs. So I did it today. FABULOUS! You are 2 for 2 (Beef Sandwich first review. I am from Chicago so had to try) Your place is always clean and staff very warm. French fries hot and crispy. Yummy! To move Portillo's, this place serves jumbo Vienna dogs at no extra cost! My place for dogs and beef. Great work!

I would have included a photo, but I was too busy enjoying the amazing meal at this restaurant. The rice was the best I've ever tasted, and the chicken and salad were delicious as well - not dry at all. I am so impressed that I had to write this review standing up. I shared the chicken plate with my teenage daughter and we are both completely satisfied. This is definitely our new favorite spot for Greek food. Additionally, the young lady Britney at the register was very helpful and polite.

This restaurant was really excellent. It wasn't a perfect experience, but overall it was really great. We would definitely eat here again. My Chicago-style hot dog was microwaved and a bit tough, but that's to be expected with a microwaved hot dog. The fries weren't our favorite, but we weren't expecting perfection. All in all, it was a really great experience and we would definitely return.

This is the best Gyro I have ever tried. The owner, Ray, is a fantastic guy who treats his customers like they're family. I highly recommend the food quality at this restaurant.
