This has probably been one of the worst Dunkins I have ever been to. You get attitude from the staff, they didn't have any donuts, our food looks nothing like what we should have gotten. We asked for sugar they had no regular sugar. I will literally never go back I will tell everyone of this horrible experience.
Store manager Sara and employee Phillip do not see anything wrong with serving Black Burn’t Bacon dripping grease from the bag onto my work uniform. Per Phillip “that’s how the bacon always is.” Black charred throughout? I asked. “Yes” Phillip said. The manager never once apologized for the poor quality of food served. Is this really how things are headed? Poorly trained, rude food service workers?
Ordered, items were not available but the staff didn't realize it. Tried to give me another customers order, change was incorrect and left with no order filled and $10.00 lost to incompetents. 3 employees could not add or subtract or give me my money back.
I decided to go grab some Dunkin this morning and while in line at the drive thru I changed my mind from a donut to a breakfast sandwich. I grabbed my drink and bag at the window and drove off. After I got home to eat my sandwich I saw this! BURNT! I love Dunkin so I know this isn't a reflection of all the others around but I was incredibly disappointed to see whoever made and bagged my sandwich thought a burnt croissant was acceptable. While this location is extremely convenient there is no excuse for bagging and handing burnt food to customers. Thankfully my drink was good but still feel like extremely unsatisfied. I will not be coming back to this specific location again.
