Brasky's Bar and Grill - Peoria

We just went to Braskys for the first time tonight. It was TERRIBLE!!!! I don’t see us going back ever again. The service was a joke because girls were running all over the e place and running into one another. I ordered the prime rib and it was awful!! It was completely cold when it came out and it was cooked well done which our server didn’t ask how I wanted it prepared in the first place. Our server never asked about our food and when I didn’t eat any of the prime rib she just asked if I wanted a box for it. Never asked if anything was wrong. I’ll spend my money elsewhere for way better food and service.

Best Philly Steak in Peoria very much like what you can get in philly at Pat's. Onion rings are right up there as some of the best.

I never write these reviews but feel I need to on the experience my girlfriend and I had a couple hours ago at Brasky's. We had a waitress come up to us and take our order then vanished. I think the guy at the end of the bar called her Syd or Cyndi not sure. Anyway, after about 10-15 minutes the girl behind the bar came out and ask if she could take our order bc the first girl told her that we were moving to the bar. At no time did we ask to go to the bar. Our feeling was because she just didn't want to wait on us, not saying it was because of our race but it really felt that way. We were under the impression that the first girl was getting our order as we already gave it to her. It was at least 25 minutes before that girl came back and re-took our order. She was very rude and even a little aggressive towards us. Once we got our initial order it was at least another 20-25 minutes before we saw her again. She never checked on us 1 time until she brought the check. She just kept disappearing on us. This was our first time here and probably our last.

Food is great it just takes forever to get...but alteast it's fresh...

First time customer. Came just to see the band tonight but will be back for sure. Our waitress Kelsey was amazing. She was very attentive polite even though it was busy. She made sure our drinks were always refilled and came over numerous times to check to see if we were doing good or needed anything. Band was good and it was busy, hardly any room to move or stand. Our server was all over the place all night but still kept checking to make sure everything was good. Its hard to find good service like that these days. That girl needs a raise and/or promoted. I was with a large group and here for a couple hours and she was still able to check on us even though we saw here going to many tables non stop. We didn't ask but it was obvious she was pregnant and still managed to have service above and beyond. Keep up the great service all of you.
