Sonic Drive-in - Pensacola

I've been to this Sonic location a few times and it has always left something to be desired. The customer service is lacking. The microphone for ordering is always malfunctioning so you have to repeat your order three or so times to be heard and then itstill comes out wrong and have to send it back to be corrected.

First Off I want to start by saying the young lady Kirsten working the drive through was so super sweet and professional!! My order was messed up and I went back to get it fixed and she was an absolute sweetheart and very apologetic and corrected myorder immediately. Great customer service!! I truly hope this gets noticed because it is very rare you find an employee withsuch a great persona. Food was hot and delicious as well. Thank you Kirsten!!

I use to love eating here. But lately the food is horrible. But tonight I gave it another try and it was Extremely disgusting. This is my chicken finger dinner. Waste of my hard earned money. Why serve something to your customers that I?m sure you wouldn't eat or give to your own family. I will never eat at sonic again.

Ordered a BLT and it came with no bacon. how do u miss the basis for the sand which? then we pull up to the window and the same woman who handed me my food had the worst attitude on this planet. if u don't wanna work just say that. This location had me sitting in the drive thru from 4:18 to almost 4:45. you guys aren't getting anymore business from me. I tell u what

Food was definitely not the best. My burger was over cooked and had no flavor. It almost like the squeeze the juices and flavor right out of it.
