Petunias Bakery - Pensacola

I looked it up on Google, and it said it was open. I went after work and could not find it. I called the number and the person who answered said that I did call the right number, but the bakery is in between locations at the moment and they are not in business.

The cake made by this bakery for my son's wedding was absolutely terrible. It was dry, lacked flavor, and even had bits of either baking soda or baking powder in each bite. Most of the cake ended up being thrown out by guests, including my brother-in-law who loves cake. The bride and groom were disappointed as the cake looked nothing like what they had chosen. When my son asked me what I thought of the cake during our dance, I initially tried to spare his feelings but eventually had to agree that it was horrible. The cake also arrived late, with unanswered texts from the bride, and was crooked. I do not recommend this bakery and suggest finding another one instead. It's a shame I couldn't make the cake myself, as they wouldn't allow family to help with the wedding preparations.

These are the best cupcakes in town! I am delighted that you made it through the lockdown. I am eagerly looking forward to enjoying another one of these fantastic cupcakes!

Awful cake delivered by the owner! Would NOT RECOMMEND!Yes a refund was issued, the cake was not melted…in addition we could not trust that it was gluten free. My friends could have gotten VERY ill. My opinion stands. Would not recommend.

PLEASE DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LADY! 1 Star is too much!!! She no longer has a bakery (read her comments), I 'm sure my cake was baked at home. It appears that you, Dana, made assumptions that other people 's reviews was my cake. It seems I 'm not the only one you have ruined and made a mess out of. You stated in a response to someone else you fully refunded me. Let 's clarify, yes you did, just tonight, but not until I had to get firm and request it. I have filed a claim with my bank, cash app, and others to try and get my money back. Regarding the cake a melted cake would have been one thing. This cake was a nasty mess!!! It was BROKEN up and put together, one side was a couple inches tall and the other side flat. It had fingerprints in it, it smelled like cigarette smoke. When I asked you if you smoked you blamed who you got your boxes from, yet that is a lie as well. Since you had a pack of menthol cigarettes laying in the front of your car. You contacted me and needed to move the day when you brought the cake. I agreed to let you bring it the day of my daughter 's birthday, the day before her birthday, thinking all would be well and never in my dreams imagined you would be at my house at 1pm with this awful mess leaving me to figure out a new plan. No matter your response you should be ashamed and embarrassed. I would never serve a friend at my house something that looked like this. This cake was NEVER beautiful, NEVER decadent like your description. You said it would be decadent White Chocolate and Raspberries . After reading your reviews I am confident the positive reviews are people you know and all of us complaining are real customers as we all have the same experience. You the consumer look at these photos and you decide if this is just a melted cake of if you see a major triangle shaped cake, broken up pieces, and a nasty mess!!! If you don 't want this showing up at your door and not sure if you will get refunded, I suggest you find another bakery!!!
