Restaurant bewertenI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff definitely needs better training, especially a woman with red hair who was working on September 21, 2022, at 7:50 PM. I drove back to the restaurant after they messed up my order, and I remained polite. However, the woman in the back with the red hair was quite rude and shouted at me because of the mistake with my order.
Popeye wasn't the friendliest person, and my friend Umitskingcon had to wait 30 minutes for his food, even though he ordered before I did. However, the manager was really great. (See photo)
What a chaotic experience. Even with six people working, it took 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I ordered a 14-piece mix, half spicy, but out of the entire order, I only received two spicy wings and one regular breast. That’s not really a mixed order at all.
My husband ordered a spicy chicken tenders combo for me. When he got home it was missing the side (rice and beans) and the biscuit. The chicken as not cooked all the way.
Today was the second time I visited this location and the customer service is horrible. The employee's that take orders truly aren't afraid to express how much they hate their job! And to top it off both times I visited my oder was wrong but their attitudes are so bad I didn't trust giving the food back to get my oder fixed. I will not be returning to this location ever again they totally killed my pregnancy craving for Popeyes in this area.?
