Drive thru line wad long when we order, the food was ready when new manager and team was very nice to the window

This is the worst experience. The employees need to be trained better especially the lady with the red hair that was working On September 21, 2022 at 7:50 pm. I drove back to the store after they got my order wrong I was nothing but respectful the lady in the back with the red hair was nothing but rude yelling because she got my order wrong.

Popeye wasn?t the nicest lady and my friend umitskingcon had to wait 30 minutes for his food even though he ordered before me. Manager was so cool though. (see photo)

Talk about disorder. 6 ppl working it still took my order 30mins to be prepared. Order a 14 piece mix half spicy out the whole 14 we only got 2 spicy wings 1 regular breast. That's not mixed
