Restaurant bewertenExcellent Easter Sunday Lunch. The restaurant was busy I would say they had over 100 covers for lunch. But service and quality was really good. Roast beef was perfectly cooked and carved (pink as it should be). Vegetables nicely done “a julienne” they also offer to cook them more well done if you prefer. Timing was good not too fast and not slow. I had lemon meringue pie with raspberry sorbet to finish. One of the best Sunday lunches I have had in a while.
Absolutely amazing place!! Have been many times before and it never fails to impress! The food is just on a different level to anything else in the area. The service is always professional and they make you feel special. For the quality of food and service, we feel it is great value for money, which is why we keep coming back.
We make a point to visit this restaurant in Pembrokeshire as often as possible, and last night's visit was exceptional. The food was excellent as always, with creative combinations that stood out. The service was outstanding, especially considering they had a busy day due to their Ladies Day Event. Despite some items being sold out on the menu, they were able to offer tasty alternatives and were accommodating in making substitutions. Although my medium-rare steak was overcooked, it was quickly replaced without any hassle, and the replacement was delicious. Kudos to Daniel and the dedicated staff at the Brasserie for their hard work.
The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. We had a relaxing overnight stay and enjoyed a delicious dinner.
A lovely overnight stay with an excellent room with a very good view. Well worth paying a bit extra for a Calon room. Sunday lunch was very good value. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The full English breakfast was great but would have preferred if it was called the full Welsh breakfast that had some laverbread and cockles.
