Wendy's - Peabody

The cheap manager refuses to pay rewarding accusations, which leads to a serious personal shortage. then they pull all the people who don't want to work anymore, 'cushions. Even during peak hours there are only about 3, maybe 4 workers and a useless middle manager. they will be in the car ride thru for 20-30 minutes, and receive improper or false food from overworked employees. would recommend the taco bell next door. they suffer from some of the same themes, but in a seemingly somewhat smaller dimension.

Terrible. Staff was more focused on socializing than service. They honestly tried to discourage me from buying cookies because they would need to make more. Order was wrong and then they were mad when I asked them to correct it.

WORST Wendy’s ever. There’s an issue every time I go here. They always mess up my order and they’re always extremely rude. They have the worst attitude every time. I’ve been to this location several times (unfortunately) and it’s the same thing EVERY time, bad attitudes and messed up orders.

THIS IS NOT A HAPPY POST[ PUBLIC NOTICE ]I GOT VERY SICK HERE ON 5/2/22.. Complaint filed with Corporate and Local Bd Health ..This is not the norm for this Store.. or for Wendys Corp., as a Whole.. Consumers put Trust in Retail Food Serving Establishments, that they will Severly enforce Sanitary Laws, Guidelines, and policies.. with Educated Staff and Responsible Supervision and Corporate Oversight.. I am a Out of State Local Health Officer in Maine, and can not stress this issue enough. I INVITE ANY COMMENTS OR INQUIRIES BY CORP. OR FROM PUBLIC.. THIS IS NOT A HATE POSTING.. Bro the employees stood and stared at me and my friend for literally 20 minutes while we waited to pick up our food then finally when someone did, he had long hair and NO hair net, to make matters worse, he manhandled our nuggets WITHOUT ANY GLOVES oh my god i was repulsed. then some other employee ran past on a facetime call i felt like i was in a comedy or something. all in all the business was so slow and my sandwich was messy and my friend's sandwich was lopsided like it was so obvious the employees just threw together everything. anyways i'm over it bye
