Sauro's Town Square Pizza Cafe

This is just the best pizza and food! Let me start with the pizza... I have lived most of my adult life in the Westchester area and was proud to say that we have some of the best pizzerias. Then when I moved to Buffalo 4 years ago, a good NY-style pizza was hard, but we found one. But this place just takes the cake! The oven pizza is simply delish! The crust is crispy, not too doughy and not too thin. Right! Also her gluten free pizza is AMAZING!!! I went to at least 5 or 6 different restaurants and tried the GF pizza and it was always the same. Like cardboard with sauce and cheese! It tasted like normal pizza! Most people know Buffalo takes the cake when it comes to wings. Well, the Buffalo chicken pizza here is better than anything we ate in Buffalo! A must try if you like wings. The food is also delicious! We had the eggplant parm and Rollantini and the chicken parm. Very fresh and delicate! The service is also wonderful. This is the first time my husband had a chance to eat here as my mother has moved to the area and he loved it so much that he wants to buy a cake to take home with us! If my mother lives in the area now, we'll make it a must when we get from Buffalo.

First, the fried risotto cakes are a new obsession for me. Had the seafood risotto as my duck it was from this world. My father had the city square Mac and cheese and that stole the show. Tonight was my first time, but it won't be my last. Simply amazing meal from beginning to end.

So much more than a pizza place. Great food and wine options and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive. Be here a few times and have never been disappointed; They won't be either. Try it!

Not only the food AMAZING, the staff was super friendly and cared for us! I recommend the Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage. All right! And don't forget to try the bread, YUM!! The atmosphere is fantastic and they also have great photography on the walls!!
