Restaurant bewertenNever coming back here again. We literally asked a simple question and the manager just started following us.The question we ask is if our friend can eat here because he does not like Ramen. she just started going off she called us multiple names and she called us immigrants like girl look at your color and look at yourselfI would say, it 's very races hereLet me just say if you 're the owner, you will never treat your customers like that and what this manager showed us is she does not know how to control her emotions and I 'm just gonna say that she could 've treated us a little bit with more respect because what this Experience was is nasty first time, and I will never go back again when she told us that our friend can 't eat here, we proceeded to start leaving the store and she yelled what you 're not gonna leave a tip hoe why would we leave a tip when we didn 't order anything and why did you proceeded to follow us when we started minding our own business?
Don't come here. Worst places to eat and the manager super rude she was acting like hoe .
IMPORTANT: THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT PART OF THE KOPAN SUSHI RAMEN CHAIN, but an independent restaurant. I made this mistake myself, which affected my initial impression and that of many others who left reviews expecting this to be a part of the chain. Here is my review without those expectations. We ordered the shoyu ramen and chicken karaage (which may no longer be on the menu). The ramen was okay, but the charsui was overcooked and the chicken karaage was overly battered for my taste. The space is very nice and across from the Paseo Mall on Colorado. When we went on a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was sparsely filled and severely understaffed with what appeared to be the owner in front and a single cook in the back, who appeared to be new given the conversation with the owner.Seems like a decent place to eat on weekdays if you work in the area, but I would not suggest it as a casual ramen place due the higher prices. There was a novel robot server, which was newly implemented at the time, but the owner was still learning how to use it, so it slowed down service. I can see the practicality of the robot, but my feedback to the restaurant would be to invest in the kitchen staff and ingredients.
Shoyu ramen was just terrible. Service wasnt good... only one waitress is working... probably wont go again.
Saturday at 4pm. Website says that they are open. Google says they are open. They have a glowing LED sign on the window that says "open. "I pay for parking and walk to the door like an idiot to find it locked and not open .
