Restaurant bewertenMeat portions were decent, now you hardly get... my son got 2 small pinches from Barbacoa, not even exaggerated. The man who took our order repaired my son's burrito and then ignored mine to make an order while I just stood there... had to ask someone else to prepare mine, she was really polite about it. Flavors are there if they only give you what you pay. For $30 for 2 pages, I was disappointed. Also check your income, they accused me of something I didn't get and they had to submit for a refund.
I ordered my meal online 20 minutes ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. My order had not been touched or looked at. Everyone in line was served and then they made my order. I told the manager even, he said sorry and shrugged. Nothing more. I will not return. This place has gone down over the years. Tired of giving second and third chances.
Don't waste your time ordering online with this chipotle. You're better off going to a different one, or just waiting in line. If you choose a time, just arrive 20+ minutes later and you might be lucky to pick it up 20 minutes after the time you chose to pickup. Only if you're lucky, if not, it'll probably be all cold, with half the portions, just waiting to be bagged and put on the useless pickup shelf.
The worst customer service. Order DoorDash Pickup. 2/3 of my bowls left. When I came back to pick up my order, literally zero apology. In fact, the manager tried to blame me not to have the order. Luckily my reception was saved and with me. Even after rebuilding my bowls, he said: “I have given you your bowls now” and I told him that it would be nice if your employees or you with “I apologize for the inconvenience”.
Online ordering is pointless. I made an order to be picked up at 6pm, I get there at 6:03, orders not ready yet, that 's cool, no problem there. It wasn 't busy at all, maybe one or two people in line. So, I 'm sitting by the cash register waiting and waiting. It starts to get busier, and I notice at 6:20 that my food has just been sitting by the register, not being packaged up to be placed on the pickup shelf. I ordered at 5:45 to be picked up at 6 and didn 't get my food till 6:20 and instead of packaging it up or asking me who I 'm picking up for, they just continued to check out people my food 's just sitting there. I finally said something, and they had the audacity to say it was busy when my food had been sitting there with no customers in line 10 minutes prior... On top of that, whenever you order online, they barely give you anything in your burrito or bowl. I 'm going to stick to going to the spencer chipotle from now on.
