After waiting for a moment on the terrace, even though there were very few people there, I had to move to order and notice that the staff present was only busy chatting with customers at the bar! Still okay, but pay 6€60 for 2 cokes, or 3€30 for a 33 cl bottle.... in 1 bar (with a shabby terrace, rather dilapidated furniture, bare chairs for some) in Parthenay, c is abused

Small bar in front of the Parthenay convention center, which is very shabby. Like restaurant food. First time drinking a Ricard that changes color as you go

We only went there to drink coffee but the waiter was very nice as he allowed us to eat pastries bought nearby, because we didn't know if there were any.
