Sweetie Pie's - Parsons

This is definitely the most terrible experience I have ever had with ordering a cake!! The cake was completely wrong and whenever we told them that it was done completely wrong, they told us that they had never had a complaint before, and if we didn't like it, you never command another cake from them again after they paid $45 for it! The cake was picked up at 4:00 Friday night and on Saturday morning you could not even be cut through the first layer because the so-called goose was rock-hard and it should be milk chocolate, but it was absolutely not!! It should be cream cheese icing and you could not even taste the cream cheese in it if it had in it at all!! Anyone who saw the cake or even tried to taste it has said that it is the worst cake they have ever tried to put in their mouth, and they would definitely spread the word that they are not behind their cakes, nor do they want to say that their customers are not satisfied!

We're from NY and we called everywhere to find a carrot cake for our best gf living in Tn. We didn't want a frying cake that we wanted. Then we called Sweetie Pies the woman who answered the phone was so burdensome, friendly and totally understood what we wanted. She made the most beautiful cake we've ever seen! My Gf enjoyed it and said it was the most delicious cake she ever had! The time, care and art placed in these cakes was beyond and beyond. If you ever go through Tn or even just through, you have to stop in Sweetie Pies and get a taste of real South Cheese. No one can hold a candle to Sweetie Pies they are the BEST!!! Thanks for the beautiful cake and you get more orders from us. Next time we're in Tn, we'll stop because I want one of them. Thank you for stressing us and your wonderful hospitality!

The staff is very nice, but don't like the food very much. Some times the food is delicious other times not so good

Plastic silverware. Small tables. Limited buffet items

The buffet and sweets are delicious! I always leave there being a very satisfied customer!
