Pappas Restaurant And Sports Bar

We really enjoy our visits to this restaurant. The Handicap accommodations for entry access and seating are very good. I have not had a meal that was not satisfying and the portions are guud. The wait staff, in my opinion, is 5 star. The staff is pleasant, accommodating without the feel of being rushed to order. There is a constant flo of wait staff throughout the floor. Diner 's needs are met without waiting or having to flag/catch someone. Great, light, pleasant atmosphere....definitely a place to return to and recommend. Wheelchair accessibility: Designated Handicap PARKING and ramp and stairs at entry. Seating is spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

This is my second time coming to Pappas over in Parkville. The first time was cool. The second time (9/4/2024) was the worst. One it was my mom’s birthday. We had the server Tia D. She was the WORST server ever. It was almost like she was rushing us out. Every 3 minutes she kept coming over to our table not excusing herself while my table of people were in the middle of a conversation. She gave us our receipt way before we were even finished our meal, she already had to go boxes and bags given to us whether we asked or not for it. Then while we were paying for our meal she had the most terrible attitude for no reason at all. I even felt like I was obligated to give her a tip because how she was hovering over me while she gave me the hand held card reader for me to pay. I gave her a tip anyway. I regret it but it happened and there is nothing I can do about it now. After all of that we never got a “Thank you, come again” or anything. The food was alright. Nothing to run home and tell about. Next time we will be checking out the Glen Burnie location. Wouldn’t recommend this place if she’s your waitress/server

I came here on a Sunday about 7pm. As far as atmosphere. It gives sport bar vibes. I wouldn’t get too dressed up to come here There is seating for the restaurant and then there’s a bar where people sit with street clothes on. The neighborhood looks a little shady. The food was good. My only complaint was the calamari was a little chewy and I thought my shrimp would be bigger with my crab stuffed shrimp. The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. I would come back again for sure

Location and atmosphere was great, but food was bland.
