Dean's Shaved Ice - Parkville

I forgot to take a picture before digging in! I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Sunday night. I ordered an egg custard and strawberry shaved ice topped with marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles. The couple who took my order were very friendly and informed me that they will be open for another week this season before returning in April. The flavors in my shaved ice were perfectly balanced, and I'm looking forward to coming back soon!

The staff is incredibly friendly! We arrived quite late, and they were the only snowball stand open after 9 PM on a weekday. I tried the classic egg custard flavor and a mixed blood orange and pineapple. Both had the perfect amount of syrup.

This restaurant is fantastic! It's managed by a husband and wife team. The menu selection is outstanding, and the service is equally impressive.

I have been going to this place since my dad first brought me here in 2000. This guy remembers his regulars even after the season ended and opens up the next year! Now i finally get to take my own kid here for her first snowball! He is very generous with the syrup and toppings. Well worth the money and the experience they give you. 10 10 will be going again.
