Restaurant bewertenLadies bathroom stall has a changing table right beside of the toilet. While my elderly and disabled mother was using the bathroom, the changing table popped open and hit her on the head. Informed the manager about it and he said that the changing table has been known to do that. Table was not secured or latched and flew open without being touched. Manager didn 't so much as apologize. Terrible and scary experience, ended up at quick care with a concussion with my 70 yr old mother! To make it a worse experience, the food wasn 't very good. When I pointed out that my meal was missing the toppings, manager said, well, sometimes it comes with that and sometimes it doesn 't. Was offered no meal change, discount or otherwise.
With growing competition in the area, it as a real shame that cleanliness is a problem at this location. Floors, tables and dishes all had a greasy film on them! Your drink should not smell like dirty dish water. I had to request multiple cup changes... And just gave up on the third in a row. You might think staff would notice this? Maybe they just acclimated to the environment. A real shame. I am trying their competition now.
Awful food and awful customer service. The owner does not care about his employees or his customers. My wife had an issue and called and spoke with management and was hung up on. After talking to several folks-lack of customer service and disrespect are pretty normal things at this establishment. If you are going to treat your customers like trash at least make sure your food doesn't suck!! People save your time and money and get some good Mexican food down the street at Gran Ranchero- I promise you will at least get treated like a human being and get tasty food!
This restaurant is definitely a local favorite! It's not your typical Mexican restaurant, but it offers a delicious blend of flavors. The El Presidente dish is my go-to choice, especially for their amazing yellow queso!
We have been faithful customers for many years, especially this past year during COVID when tried to support local. We were missing something from our Door Dash order. I called the store and was only told to call the delivery driver. I didn’t have a number so I called the restaurant back. She said she would handle getting through to them and call me back. 50 minutes later I went to the restaurant. This girl had an attitude from the minute I started speaking. Told me she didn’t have time to return my call. When I expressed my concerns to another manager, and possibly the owner, he was no better. Neither ever apologized or tried to make amends for me having to go there to retrieve my missing food. When I stated I would never eat there again, his response was whatever. I will not EVER eat here again. It’s a shame, because we have always loved the food. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.
