I enjoyed being part of the Savor Summit. However, eating the paella was quite challenging without the proper utensils; it was difficult to open the mussels and eat the lobster, and using my hands wasn't very pleasant. On the bright side, the service was impeccable. It was a bit surprising that they ran out of water, though. In the future, we would choose a different participating restaurant, as ours closed earlier than others that remained open for an additional hour or more.

What a fantastic event! I really enjoyed meeting the chef, and Daou and Kjus were excellent partners. I hope you do this again!
