High West Distillery Saloon - Park City

Come on Monday for a little whisky lunch! I'll start my week. Right on the bat I ordered a flight and Robbie was absolutely excellent to run through every taste of the flight, and describes the tasting notes of every whisky. Ends up order some wings that were also absolutely delicious. I'll write this before I get to the gift shop. Loved aesthetics and attention to detail! Great job guys!

Great place for brunch. Note that they don’t take reservations but it wasn’t tough for us to get a spot for 14 people (only took 10 min for them to arrange a table). Big portions and delish drinks. I got the burger and we split an order of deviled eggs. Yum!

A bit on the pricey side (but what did you expect? It's Park City). Fantastic whiskey, probably one of my favorites from this area. I recommend trying all they have to offer but they make a mighty fine Rye. You can purchase full bottles here. Of course really great cocktails as well. It can be very very busy here, especially later in the evening on weekends. We found a table on a Friday at 3pm within minutes however. Great atmosphere, great service.

I had the Taco's; they had three, I like the sauce's delicious. My wife had trout, I had a bite and I don't eat fish but it was freshwater we both loved it. Daughter had Gnocchi she said she loved it; her boyfriend had the famous burger he couldn't finish it but said it was delicious and filling.

We hiked Bloods Trail Lake and arrived with an appetite originally just to grab a few bottles of whiskey to take home then decided to stay for lunch. BEST tasting food I’ve had since arriving in UT in May of this year! Ordered the Schnitzel pork loin perfectly flavored! YUM YUM YUM. Two of us shared well priced and decent portion size. Even the fries were perfect hot, crispy outside soft inside (came with the Burger that was equally delicious). Street parking it was Monday was free.
