Of course the more fat, the better it is, but let's salute the gesture for the followers of the greedy and dietary. the noodles are obviously homemade and are deliciously cooked al dente. as in the japon, it is necessary to suck them with noise to appreciate their fair value. Even in peak hour, the waiting is only 10 minutes.
Their ramen are really very copied (cannot be done) and I advise you to choose the lowest level of fat. their pasta is made home and it feels, they are also quite thick. These ramens are very good but it is better to be very hungry! :) finally it is nice to see the kitchen open.
I don't understand why this restaurant is so popular so the ramen is hyper dirty, fat, inmangeable so I even asked to have less salt in it. I've had 1 liter of water all afternoon and I'm still thirsty. the price is also above all other restaurants in the neighborhood that are yet better. I never go back.
It's just the best betting ramen. the one with the most flavors and the most generous. Being small, there is often waiting, during which you take your order to be served just 5 minutes after being installed. Avoiding groups more than 4, otherwise it will take longer. Every amateur of ramen must test this sign!
I discovered this restaurant with a vlog. I tried misho ramen and it totally suffocated me. gzoya is very fresh and well done. they make noodles themselves and the soup is tasty. I enjoyed the way they prepare everything themselves and the taste is pretty good. soup can be very salty if you are not a fan of salt, but you can order a white soup for free to make it less salty. I always do it every time I come and it's perfect for me. However it is a small restaurant, a little less than 25 places. You may need to wait at least 10 minutes to get a table. Even if you have to wait for a table, the staff will always give you a menu and ask you your orders to save time at best. Maybe you can find interesting ways to see how the chief prepares his impressive ramen through the window while you wait. It's the best restaurant I ever tried to bet. I highly recommend it and I really want to come back.
