Visited Tong Yang SM Bicutan last May 4 at around 5:30 pm. Not much people dining in that time yet. Ambiance was nice comfy. In terms of food, tempura in particular was as hard as stone, laksa soup was good. Dessert offerings were ok. There's halo-halo, ice cream, and some pastries, all of those were pretty fine. Regarding food servers, some were attentive helpful but some weren't. Overall, our experience was ok but could be better.
