Restaurant bewertenSmall but picturesque restaurant to order a real cup of tea (or a pot of tea)! Have fun, great menu selection, the Cornish Pasties are fantastic with brown engraving, next time I try the Shepherds Pie! Many teas and food choices as well as traditional tea/lunch or tea/snacks combinations and of course desserts! The Apple Dapple Delight is delicious! After lunch my friend and I admired the collection of teapots, tea sets, etc. and even took a photo with the queen. Can't wait to go back!
Super posh and Ace from a place. I am about how very accommodating, very athetic, and reasonably expensive they are. Willing to work with you and hard could I add for events and my daughter had only the most beautiful birthday tea party here, in the mean only the bees knees! Staff is ALWAYS friendly, pleasant, very quiet and ready to please. Fun and various experience, great place to learn more about the English culture and proper label. Some interesting, educational and simply a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. The food is BESPOKE, DELICIOUS, ATHETIC, and you never have to worry about a winding floor on your pastry here!!! And don't even let me start with the baked goods and send the tender heavens pastries that are the real business, and very craftsmen. You even have a hole card system for frequent visitors for Perks! You have a little game/dress space for the children, and also well made and hard to find teas, pastries and tea-time accessories that are inexpensive and waiting to come home with you! I could no longer be tied with all my experiences here, or that this is even acceptable in our city. Absoully Brilliant <3
That was a really nice experience. We really enjoyed the tea and the food. My daughters, a few friends and I reserved a table for Sunday. Warm and comfortable atmosphere. After our meal, we tried on the dress-up hats and jewelry and my kids had a mini tea party with the toy tea set. Come back soon!
Very nice place with beautiful service! Had a reservation by email for a small party on a Sunday, but there was a couple that went and was still served. This place is NOT fast food so plan that it is an hour for work. It is definitely worth the time and money.
A beautiful little tea shop nestled in the heart of Harrison Avenue, they are beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly, they have daily specials and have a mostly British cuisine. The changes throughout the years have taken a toll on my fondness for coming here, the menu is very expensive for what little food they offer and the royal tea may not be shared amongst patrons. They do have events every now and then, they are having a special for St. Patrick's day as well as a Harry Potter themed event, all in all they still get high marks from me and will always have a special place in my heart.
