Ihop - Panama City

I loved our server, but I can't remember his name. it's a few weeks ago. he was a younger guy, good looking and we told him he looked like my son. it was on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago. I don't know who this looks, but he was great! eating was really good, except the strawberry queue with the vanilla sauce. That wasn't good. you have to bring back the strawberry cheesecake queue. it was filled with real cheesecake and it was wonderful! I don't know why you took this from the menu. I would have got 5 stars, but this quiche was a big disappointment.

I ordered the Colorado omelette. It was missing the shredded beef and green peppers. I’m guessing they ran out of shredded cheese and gave me sliced cheese. To top that off the omelette only had a little bit of meat (sausage and bacon) in the middle. My husband also got a flimsy omelette. This is the last time I am giving this place a chance as this isn’t the first time our order was subpar.

I wanted pancakes so I never been to Ihop so what's a better time than now. When I walked in I saw that it was full and people were everywhere so I knew that there would be a wait. So I waited about 5 minutes before the hostess could check on me while I waited a couple of waitress told me there would be someone to help me in a minute.I appreciated their concern so I ordered my stack of pancakes and I sat back down and waited for it to be fixed. I must give the hostess if I'm not wrong I think her name is Nicole Malcolm but she was wonderful. Now I must say I didn't mind the wait but I couldn't help to notice the very slow pace of moving the food from kitchen to table some orders sat in the window for a while and some wait times was extremely long. I didn't mind waiting as long as my food is good and it's hot like it was. All in all I would have to say the pancakes were good I didn't have an experience that would make me rave about the food but it was good. After my first visit I normally ask myself would you return as for this place it's up in the air I may and then again may not but I do know it probably won't be anytime soon.

Terrible terrible terrible….I ordered a Cali Roasted Turkey Melt, the description says “like sunshine in a sandwich”. No sunshine in the sandwich I received!!!! Missing bacon, avocado, cheese not melted and just a few pieces of turkey with a small handful of fries. This cost me $13!!! Very disappointing!!! IHOP in Panama City on 23rd needs to do some serious quality checks before sending things out the door!!!

Im not a frequent patron of IHOP but I do visit sometimes.Service was excellent. Food was good but not real hot.If you visit this location during the week for breakfast, ask for Ms. Betty...great waitress.
