Captain D's - Panama City

Eating was hot and fresh. it took 5 minutes to get through the rather long line in dt during the midday hours, but there was only one man work service. he's right today.

Been eating from here for years and the quality just isn't the same. Always get family meals and apparently you don't get hush puppies anymore. The last two times I didn't get any so I asked the guy in drive thru if they were in there and was told yes to get home and not have any

By far the worst D’s I’ve ever visited! The he she at the drive through should be let go extremely rude and self absorbed.. the food was all pre made cold and stale I would be ashamed if this was my restaurant too say the least.. definitely a negative experience

They seemed a little short staffed so it took a little longer than normal. But food was hot and fresh when I got it, so no real worries.

I never got to order as the females in the back was cursing and fighting each other. If I was the manager at least one of them would be fired. The one girl could care less if the public heard her or not finally after waiting for 15 min and no one to take my order I left. If this was their actual business that they owned I would have thought that they would have had more self control. Management needs to look into this a higher level of manager needs to look at whomever the manager on duty was as that person either didn't know how to handle ths situation or was apart of the situation which means he or she still didn't know how to handle this issue. The girl cursing so loudly should be fired on the spot. 7/26/2022 11:30am
