Restaurant bewertenI discovered this restaurant near the beach, and it offers delicious authentic Jamaican cuisine. My experience was fantastic, with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Stacy provided us with excellent service.
The food was good, but the service was very disappointing. When I called to inquire, the staff member I spoke with had a rude attitude. I had checked the prices online, and she seemed completely unaware of them. It felt as though we were inconveniencing her. I recommend that the owner consider providing additional training or coaching for this staff member.
I would rate the vegan food here a perfect 10/10. Although the restaurant serves meat, they have a well-defined section on the menu dedicated to vegan options. I tried the chickpea bowl with white rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was generous, and it included some of the best cabbage I've ever tasted. I was thrilled to have leftovers, so I could enjoy it all over again. If you're in PCB, this place is definitely worth a visit!
I was thrilled to try the Jamaican restaurant located in a charming street-front house in Panama City Beach, FL. They offer five different vegan bowls, along with a variety of other vegan options. I decided on the curry chickpea bowl, and the flavor was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend pairing it with a side of plantains. My husband found the prices to be a bit high; my bowl, alongside a beverage and a 20% tip, totaled $25. However, I believe it was worth it—there was plenty of food, and it was delicious! I must say, RIP to my diet because now I want to try every vegan bowl they offer!
They go by Bamboo 2 on UberEats, and you HAVE to dine here! The food is absolutely fantastic. As someone who loves island cuisine, I was a bit hesitant to try something new while on vacation, but I’m so glad I did! The jerk chicken was incredibly tender and literally fell off the bone. The jerk sauce had just the right amount of spice—perfectly balanced without being overwhelming. The rice and peas, along with the cabbage, were spot on. And the festival? It tasted like delicious hot water cornbread—SO good!
