ATTITUDE attitude ATTITUDE, 0/10 on GRATITUDE by girl treating herself as MANAGER. She will NOT ALLOW to call anyone to help as she is the manager and Noone is above her and they seemingly are trained to treat guests like they WANT at their WILL. You also get those filthy laughs especially when you are pissed, on your face when she is passing by you. So be prepared for all this if you want to have a good evening with your family and friends. Few other staff were good till we didn't ask to remove service charge due to poor service initially as their SMILE WENT OFF immediately during see off. We stay locally and loved visiting this place but the staff RUINED our evening by showing God level attitude. Food was the only thing that made us stay especially for our 10 year old kid as he liked the food here and was hungry. Sorry to say but alone Nice Food DOESN'T COVER FOR THE BAD ATTITUDE of employees. You cannot force people to sit under Direct AIR CONDITIONING somehow so strong that it gives you GOOSEBUMPS and makes your family FEEL SICK especially when you came to enjoy your dinner. And on asking for help you are treated so badly by this girl who is ready to win all battles with their guests. BAD ATTITUDE will RUIN this place sooner. They tried to get down the temperament later and OFFERED complimentary DESERT to cover up the SERVICE FLAW but the DAMAGE was ALREADY DONE. BSB is a good place for good food, ambience and service. I was in her old position a few years ago and on my recent visit here I can say that the quality of food has been maintained. We had a request for a special seat arrangement that they had. We tried a variety of delicious appetizers and were filled, so we could not meet the net. But we left room for Dessert, also beautiful. The cocktails they made were also great. Very well distributed tables and beautifully made interiors. The owners are always there to check the patrons I think are fantastic. If this place is on your shortlist, just select it.

One of the best bistros in Goa! The Black sheep bistro is located on the first floor next to fabindia showroom. It has very nice calm ambiance and blacks, wood Brown's with Moroccan tiles just makes the place serene. They serve a considerably limited menu with 5-8 dishes in each section. This makes the preparation really great and attention to detail is evident on plates. Their Bao's are exceptionally well prepared. I also tried the Prawns Mac and cheese which was cooked to perfection. They also have a good selection of alcohol, cocktails and mocktails. Sangria was sure a highlight. The staff is extremely polite and they know the menu really well. Overall a very good place to enjoy a nice dinner or Lunch. When in Panjim; definitely go to black sheep bistro.
