Mountain Mike's Pizza - Palo Alto

Worst pizza in term of both quantity and quality. Come here to pick up two To Good To Go orders. 1) we need to wait for 30 minutes before someone come to the counter. 2) the person went to restroom without washing hand to make pizza and prepare food. 3) the portion of each order is so tiny with miniature size of pizza left-over that is smaller than my palm in total. 4) when ask why we receive such a small amount of pizza that we can eat in just one bite, the person said that you only paid $5.99 for Too Good To Go . Apparently they don 't respect anyone who buy from Too Good To Go . 5) the pizza tasted terrible. Salty and spoiled food with rotten taste on their meat. It has a weird moldy taste to the pizza. I had diarrhea at least 3 times and stomach ache for the whole day. 6) the customer service was just terrible as the food itself. Overall, DON 'T GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS WASTE OF MONEY, GAS, AND TIME TO GET ANY FOOD FROM THE PALO ALTO 'S MOUNTAIN MIKE PIZZA.Kid-friendliness: NOT KID FRIENDLY

I just loved loved loved the thin crust pizza for these guys. It's amazing service everytime we come. Monika is super sweet and always gets my order on point.Try their cheesy garlic bread it's amazing.

Great pizza!! Ordered delivery from their website directly, got the pizza within 30-40 minutes and it was super hot! I've had doordash delivery too from the same place and we got it cold.We like the thin crust and the veggies and meat on top are very good. We'll be ordering again!

Employee who takes the order needs to learn how to talk to the customer. They are very rude and disrespectful.

Order two pizzas and did wait almost an hour after the pick up timeWrong pizza came and one missing.Paid for pizza that wasn’t mineThey called someone who was in their car leaving with my pizza….Then they wanted to give me that pizza that probably traveled I don’t know where…What a mess!!!!Terrible service !!!
