Restaurant bewertenFirst, the good: Garlic bread and chicken soup were absolutely delicious! I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. I couldn’t even eat it tasted gross. Took it home to try and doctor. Even then, it wasn’t good. Meatballs lacked structure. They were balls of mush. Also, they tasted like cumin. It was so bizarre for an Italian dish. Spaghetti Sauce wasn’t good. I’ve made my own many times, and it’s not difficult. I’ve eaten so many variations of spaghetti sauce and would prefer any jar sauce over theirs. My husband ordered seafood and said it was okay. but didn’t finish his either and declined offer to take home the leftovers. Neither of us want to return. Maybe we chose the wrong dishes. There were plenty of retired people there, which is typically a good sign. But it was very disappointing.
Had to sit n watch as a manager berated a customer for questioning what was going on. Customer was understandably frustrated due to the entire restuarant being packed but service nowhere to be found. Similar experience as the last time we had went. Service is extremely poor... No refills, servers act like your bothering them by asking for drinks or if you're ready to take there order. The environment is obviously toxic due to the management. Recommend fayetteville over the palmetto location anyday.
Really enjoyed it. stopped there for lunch will eat there again.
Outside looked a little drab but once inside it's a different story. Warm and cozy with a very family like welcome! My husband got the shrimp Alfredo. Looked like it does everywhere else but wow! It was so creamy and delicious. I ordered the fried captions platter. It was so yummy! Light breading and perfectly seasoned. Oh, and the bread! We'll be back VERY soon!
The grouper was delicious! I had grouper with clam chowder soup, a tossed garden salad, steamed mixed vegetables, and tiramisu for dessert! The waitress was great too! I enjoyed the whole atmosphere as well. Frank's has quality good food done right!
