Mckenna's Place - Palm Springs

I love McKennas. They have great menu items and affordable in my opinion. My boyfriend has been coming here for 20 years since he was little with his mom. It?s a great place to have lunch and dinner for sure. I enjoy coming here and the servers are super fast and attentive. I forgot the gentleman?s name already that served is last night but he?s been there for years and provides killer awesome service. He?s super fast and on point. The food was super good. We had the munchies so we ordered oysters, ahi tuna lettuce wraps, fish dip, and crawfish. Super yummy and fresh. Oh and we had fried Oreos with ice cream and chocolate syrup. I would definitely come check this place out if you haven?t yet!

Great food and drinks. Bucket is recommended. The chicken sleds, the wings and Calamari!

The service... almost not existent. Although our server was very polite and nice, we only saw it a few times. We had a table of five adults and two children. The kids Macaroni was the whole box per serving. Our meals came out separately over time. I even didn't get my meal. The whole table ended at different times before I decided I didn't eat period. Fortunately, the meal was removed from our tab. We also canceled a fish bath because it didn't show up either. The French onion soup was served after some main courses were discarded. No one took care of commenting whether the food was good or not, because I was the topic conversation when I had eaten some of the almost overflowing bowl of Mac I had ordered for my three year old.

We came here on a Tuesday afternoon; the place looks like a typical sports bar. There was a free poker game going on in a corner of the restaurant, but it was pretty empty otherwise. They don?t have a great assortment of beers, but their menu is extensive and pricing is ok. We shared an order of wings and sliders, and I really enjoyed the wings (the sliders were also good though! . The staff was friendly and they a different HH specials every day. We spent a nice relaxing time there, and we will certainly be back to try some other dishes.
