Brickworks American Bistro Pizza

The menu at Brickworks was not very accommodating for vegetarians, and even less so for vegans. The server was slow and unaware of the ingredients in the dishes. Despite asking beforehand, both items I ordered contained eggs and dairy. While the atmosphere was nice, in a city like Palm Springs with so many dining options, I would likely choose another restaurant with better service.

Brickworks now offers a tasty pizza with a cauliflower crust and vegan cheese, starting from the end of October 2019. They also have the Beyond Burger on the menu. This restaurant is a great choice for vegans seeking a satisfying meal, or for those looking to cater to both vegan and non-vegan friends.

There was not much on the Brickworks menu for a vegetarian and even less for a vegan. server was slow and didn't know which ingredients were in the menu points. both that I ordered ended up with ice and milk in them, although I asked before ordering. this was a nice place, but with so many options in palm springs, I would probably choose another restaurant that offers a little better service.

Brickworks has a delicious pizza that they have just begun to serve (stand oktober 2019) with a flower charcoal and vegan cheese. they also offer the beyond burger. this location would be ideal for a vegan looking for a stuffed goods or if they were looking for a place to appeal to omni friends.
