Brickworks American Bistro Pizza

There was not much on the Brickworks menu for a vegetarian and even less for a vegan. server was slow and didn't know which ingredients were in the menu points. both that I ordered ended up with ice and milk in them, although I asked before ordering. this was a nice place, but with so many options in palm springs, I would probably choose another restaurant that offers a little better service.

Brickworks has a delicious pizza that they have just begun to serve (stand oktober 2019) with a flower charcoal and vegan cheese. they also offer the beyond burger. this location would be ideal for a vegan looking for a stuffed goods or if they were looking for a place to appeal to omni friends.

I don't know where to start. Well, his food. The pizza is not good and could be a gourmet for the worst pizza. The cauliflower bites are gigantic and the dough is too heavy, the aroma combos from southwest sauce on the top and Teriyaki sauce on the bottom works. I'll say the staff was friendly and fast.
