Restaurant bewertenIf there were 0 stars that's what I would select. I am completely puzzled how there can be 5 employees and a manager supposedly working. I pull up and there is not a single car in the drive through at the speaker for five minutes no one is saying a word. I say to my son we are going to have to go somewhere else this is crazy I can't even place the order. Finally i'm asked for my order. Ipull around to pay and I am asked to pull forward ???? There is no other customer here the guy behind me left not happy. I wish I could say that this is the first time that this has happened however, it is not. This Happens every single time I come to Popeyes. I do not know how they stay in business as everyone I have been her I either leave and several other cars leave?
Food is great if you can actually get it. Last two time I went, I had to leave. Waited 15 minutes, no joke, in the drive thru without it moving at all. Noticed they never spoke on the intercom to guy in front of me. Drove around and saw woman coming out of car to approach window. Time before that, the dining room was closed and nobody answered the intercom at the drive thru. Store wasn't closed either.. I'm speechless.
It sucks! Foods horrible service is even worse. I sat at the drive-through for 7 minutes before they took my order. I ordered 2 two-piece meals, both with 2 thighs and slaw. I received a wing and leg in one box and a breast and wing in the other box. Whom ever the manager of this store is you should be ashamed of yourself this is not the job for you!!!!
I hope corporate office takes a trip to this store and fixes their problems. This is the worst fast food service I've ever been to and it's sad because Popeyes food is delicious when their store is functioning properly.
Could NOT get a receipt and was then over charged for my 8 piece family meal. Sales associate did NOT know what she was doing. Messed up our order!
