Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Shoutout to Alondra she gave me the best experience and service ever she was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for she deserves more recognition she was amazing super satisfied with her service.

Only one person in the store, we are a family and as soon as I walked to the bathroom she start talking to my husband in Spanish which she never did in front of me, as I came back she didn’t want to look at me and change attitude, my husband and daughter ice cream were old, my other two kids were good! Bathroom dirty! Never coming back again!

Ordered a peanut butter shake as I watched her put the peanut butter sauce in she did not shake the bottle so peanut butter came out like water I mentioned it to her she proceeded to make it any way as I handled her my card to pay I tryed it was very runny like water I asked if she could please give me just a small Sunday cup or make another her answer was no to either I asked is there anything she can do as it was not the consistency of a shake her answer was no you already paid and no nothing I can do I left it on the counter after taking a video of it very disappointed I was out 6.15 and no shake

Rita's is a must stop. If you have never been to one, have you lived? Swedish fish ice with vanilla custard is perfection.

Been there twice in the past month and it’s been closed. I arrived around 1pm and 2pm each time. I can’t get my fix of Rita’s if the doors are locked!! Please update your hours online. The fist time I was there in February it was a great experience. My original Rita’s on 192 is always on the ball and has excellent staff and product! I will consider changing my review if I get a response. This is just a FYI for the owner and patrons
