Hibachi Express - Palm Bay

Be on the watch for what you order here. The hibachi is covered in a terrible teriyaki sauce and is more like New York Chinese food than Japanese hibachi. I called and asked for a partial refund because the food was not as advertised and they refused. Too bad because I would have considered ordering some of their other menus items.Food: 1/5

This was our first time here. We had a great experience! Food was delicious and staff were so nice and friendly. I got a chicken and steak combo. Loved the meat and veggies and the sauce that came on them! It was soooo good. My daughter got the shrimp fried rice and it came with LOTS of rice. I had a couple questions about the food, and she happily answered them for me. Would def recommend.

Worst place ever! I spent $20 on a Hibachi combo. The picture that they advertised for the combo was totally different from what they gave me. They drenched the meat and vegetables in Teriyaki sauce. I have never gone to a Hibachi place that drenched their food in Teriyaki. It's just not the standard practice. All sauces come on the side. So, I couldn't eat the food. And when I politely questioned why the food given to me was different than advertised, I was told that putting Teriyaki on the food was a standard practice, which I know is not true because I've gone to other Hibachi Express chains. So, I eneded up wasting my money. The business could care less because they got what they wanted. Anyways, save yourself the time and trouble. Don't come here. Worst experience I've had. -10000/10.

Decent food but what is the point of having doordash if they can't the follow directions on their, seems like they just don't care.

The food was really good and the waiters were super friendly and nice. The atmosphere of the restaurant was super calming and I had a great time with my family. The food came out pretty fast. It was my first time here and I will be going back often. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt this restaurant really deserved it.
