Chicken Express - Palestine

The food itself was good. The staff was friendly. But I think maybe they're understated? We went through the passage. We had a number of fish in our order that we always have to wait for, no big deal. But we got our drink when we paid. We waited about 15 minutes. A little long, but okay. We get our food and go back to the street (long journey).. and we do not discover any plastic goods, no napkins.. Kind of annoying.

I don't like her chicken... No spices and glands. I have an order of the Gizzards without crust on them and they gave my order to someone else... Why, because the drive thru staff are more interested in playing on their phones than to make sure they get the orders right. We have another order and they have our... So they messed up two customers because of their inability.

Eating is always great. The service is somewhat slower than most, but all right.

I called in an order for $76 and was told that it would be willing to place the girl in about 20 to 30 minutes even to give me a price, she seemed boring and careless with her job when we arrived to pick it up there was a long line and until we went into the window the lady there said that she had not received a call to make it worse when I came here my order wrong this place is not coming back and I will come back

Pretty hard to defend this place when the past 6 times I?ve went there it has been wrong. Gonna keep this plain and simple. Food has been cold almost every time I?ve came. Night shift kids take 45 minutes to get a single sweet tea out. Do not come here. Save your money
