Elvy’s Neapolitan Pizza - Palermo

I absolutely recommend it!! Delicious pizza, with quality ingredients and honest prices. The pizza has soft upper edges and a thinner center like the typical Neapolitan pizza. I don 't know... I 've never been more perplexed while eating a pizza. Starting from the service, to how they kicked us out because there are customers outside waiting . Barilla pesto..?! To get to the bathroom you literally walk behind the pizza chef. To top it all off, raw pizza. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Terrible behavior by the owner. After having booked a week before, it was confirmed by them, I arrive there and I am told that they do not make a reservation and I have to take turns outside where there were already other people (at least twenty). Needless to say, I won't be going back, I know it doesn't change anything for the owner but for me it's closed.

Highly recommend this place as it is one of the lesser known places in Palermo where one can eat authentic neapolitan style pizza. It only serves a few different pizze which are carefully selected. The chef runs this place as a hobby and puts a lot of effort into making everything. Here, simplicity shines. In the warm months it is the perfect place to eat and drink a beer before heading out for Palermos nightlife.
