Pizza Capers Pacific Pines

Used to be good. Managers have changed recently and last 2 times we have ordered we have been told 15min wait and waited over 1 hour!!!! Absolute disgraceful service. Non apologetic.

Deliveries always super late. The one time I went there to pick up I was mucked around for an hour and they only cooked my pizzas after I kept complaining (and there were 3 other customers there in the same situation). No organisation AT ALL. And the round up when they should round down!

When we ordered the pizza online it said it was going to be 15 minutes, get there about 17 minutes later they hadnt even started to make it. Finally get our pizza 45 minutes after ordering for pick up. Get home and the pizza is average i have had pizza capers plenty of times from other stores and its amazing.... This store is a big let down. And got 2 garlic calzones even though we ordered a blue cheese and a garlic (was really forward to my blue cheese calzone too) Do not go to this store, head office need to get rid of this franchisee

Never ever ever again. The most unorganized group of individuals to ever work in a pizza shop is the only way to describe the experience here. And that is putting it nicely . Gone way downhill since new owners have taken over in service and pizza quality
