Living Foods Cafe - Oxford

My favorite is the zucchini white bohnenburger with the sweet potato salad side. so delicious! I love that they have more vegan/vegetarian options that use meat. I'm going to lunch during my break.

My wife, who I have visited during this month for lunch on basis of her vegan-friendly menu reviews – we have enjoyed our experience very much! despite the size of the site we were busy with friendly, attentive service were treated with the portion as well as the quality of our vegan, gluten-free meal (we have shared the roasted veggie quinoa salad.) my wife i, who was recently moved to we visit often!

It rarely seems to go to a restaurant in northern mississippi and find menu items that are called vegan. living foods is one of the few places in oxford that offers vegan products. they are specialized in veggie burger. my favorite is the house made beet and quinoa burger with caramelized wobble jam, avocado, mixed greens and vegan garlic aioli. they offer amazing fresh juices and they also have some vegan foods (including frozen takeaway coffee) in their market area. this restaurant is a real gem for vegans. the owners are obviously very health conscious and they are very tailored to different nutritional needs. I recommend visiting living foods.

Although it is possible to eat vegan food at several places in oxford, this (to my knowledge) is the only facility that serves proud vegan meal to call it such. all three veggie burgers (Lentil-Mushroom, white Bohn-zucchini and roasted beet-quinoa) were very delicious; They were also served on hot spun grain halls - much appreciated - instead of the too common white. other things we could have eaten include a Mexican quinoa bowl and a lot of smoothie bowls with a large selection of toppings. numerous fresh juices and smoothies are also on the menu. updated from the previous review to 2017-08-29

The turkey melt and sweet potato salad were both great! My husband also really enjoyed the Asian bowl dish. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
