Jimmy John's - Owosso

This restaurant chain has really taken a turn for the worse over the past few years. The most disappointing aspect is the bread. It used to be fresh and delicious, but now you can expect stale bread almost every time you order. I've pretty much given up on Jimmy John's altogether; it just isn't what it used to be. At this point, even Subway is a better option in every way.

Typically, you have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for your sandwich. Unfortunately, the quality has declined, and the sandwiches often end up soggy. The customer service leaves much to be desired as well.

I really love this sandwich shop! They offer fast delivery, and JJ's also has a drive-thru, which is really convenient. However, it tends to get crowded during lunch hours. I would recommend placing your order through the app and picking it up instead of waiting in the drive-thru line.

They have the best supplier. she's so kind, and my daughter loves her too. thank you, jimmy john’s!

We've been making deliveries since we renovate and they're here fast. the food was made great and nothing was as delicate as a few other places. our driver was also very friendly.
