Sushi Gin Japanese Restaurant

Very happy with SAWA Sushi. Often you get a combination of Hibachi dinner and some sushi rolls. Great taste and quality of food. The staff is friendly and attentive. The dining room is clean and well organized and rarely has to wait for a table.

If you are looking for fresh sushi and sashimi at the right temperature with the perfect rice to add it, then don't look further. From salmon to tuna to the other fish they have, you will be happy with it. The strictly vegetarian roles are also brilliant and tasty.

Sushi was really delicious, but was surprised how small the reels were (6 pieces for California and veggie rolls). felt like the price was different, but I didn't get so much. Each of our roles really enjoyed it!

I was really excited to try this place, thought it would be better than most and a new favorite. Unfortunately, our appetizer was overcooked and the sushi was good, but quite typical for any other sushi place. The restaurant itself was very warm and uncomfortable.

Never ever again! Today was the first and last time I will ever eat food from this establishment. I ordered the fantastic roll and a side of rice in case I didn 't like the roll. I was so excited because I absolutely love sushi and haven 't had it in awhile. I decided to try this spot since its close to my job. Well the first bite I took I noticed it had a lake watery taste (I thought to myself that since it 's fish it 's probably nothing) well I was completely wrong. After eating a second piece I was sick to my stomach, the taste was so foul words can 't describe how disgusting it was. I flipped two of the other pieces of salmon over and sure enough it was completely discolored and had a thick layer of black stuff (I 'm assuming might be mold). I 'm extremely disappointed. All I can hope is that since this made me vomit I won 't get food poisoning.
