Mcdonald's - Overland Park

Mario is fantastic and has AMAZING energy! Literally my highlight of the night after work is hearing his “WELCOME TO MCDONALDS”, and he does it consistently! Give this man an appreciation raise, he absolutely deserves it for bringing such positivity while working the graveyard shift at a McDonalds. Quick heads-up for people trying to see if this place is open 24/7, they’re very inconsistent on closing time due to staffing from what I know, but usually they close around 2AM right now. It's a Micky D's. But the food at this one always seems to be fresh. Like really fresh. Excellent.

Asked for Fish sandwich “cooked FRESH to order”. They tried to convince me that which was sacked up quickly was cooked fresh. NO IT WAS NOT!

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's.

SLOW SERVICE COLD FOOD! We waited over thirty minutes for an order at 6:30 pm. We recently ordered food at their kiosk on a Friday evening, The drive-through line was 20 cars deep, so we thought we’d save time and order inside. Every car that had been in the drive through when we came was served and gone by the time we received our food. Our food was sitting and getting cold. Finally after 30 minutes we asked to at least have our drinks and within two minutes we had our food. Terrible service. … – show
