best bar in oulu. large selection of whiskys, cigars, beer and it has sunny terrace and customer service is always good.
great place to meet the locals, see a game or just relax. a large selection of beers on hahn, an even wider selection of whisky.
They pour a reasonably sexy bucket of Hoegaarden snd the vibe is great! One of my go to places in Oulu with my friends :
